Trade deadline time in the AL after series 10 games are done (Aug. 28). So don't start series 11 games until everyone has caught up and all trades are in.
So far one trade has been made between Nicholas and Doug. Suzuki for Delgado were the main two players in the deal. Someone add a comment or new post with the full trade details

If Doug is at 41 players and can't make a trade before the deadline then he must release a player. That players gets put on waivers with last place team getting the first chance to sign him. If the player is selected by another team Doug is off the hook for the remaining salary owed but if no one takes the player then Doug is on the hook for the complete salary. It would probably be a $1 player so we're only talking $0.25 here.
