With this season coming to an end everyone needing to decide who to release and sign, I've posted the outline of the 2006 Beer Cap schedule.
A couple of highlights:
- no divisions and no dummy teams
- balanced schedule, each team is played 10 times (two 3-game home and away series, two 2-game home and away series)
- 36 night games, 14 day games
- 6 off-days (including all-star game)
- off-days synchronized for easier make-up games
- 10 day games following a night game
- one travel day during and between playoff games
- 4 or 3 games played per (real) week (2
A random draw will be made to determine match-ups. Comments or suggestions welcome.
